I believe the actual interior size is less than 16 ounces, but it's still a good big cup. I get these for training classes so we don't throw away hundreds of plastic water bottles. And if each cup looks different, unlike bottled water, people are less likely to grab the wrong one and spread germs. They enjoy decorating their own cups.

Pros: saves hundreds of water bottles, fun
Cons: not quite 16 ounces
