Pros: Excellent product
Cons: Cannot order smaller Amt (12) so that I can determine whether or not to order for our family reunion

In response to the comment by Vicky about the minimum quantity - you can order less than 18, but it costs more per mug. You have to call or email us to get pricing for the smaller quantities.
